<– BACK TO CIRCULATION HEATERS
Circulation Heater Drawings
Circulation heaters consist of either a screwplug or flange immersion heater mounted in a pipe vessel. These complete units are designed to heat flowing liquids or gases. Ideal for side-arm or in-line applications, the medium being heated is directed past the heating elements allowing for quick response, even heat distribution and accurate process temperature control. Each assembly is equipped with: heating elements, insulated pipe vessel, terminal enclosure, mounting blocks, inlet/outlet connections, and drain plug. Because of their compact size, circulation heaters are easy to install and maintain with minimal time and labor. STS can build circulation heaters for new applications or replicate existing designs for direct replacements.
