Closed-loop heater control systems use a power controller, temperature controller and thermocouple to monitor and provide a constant output temperature, regardless of changes in airflow. The typical temperature controller provides a convenient display of the air temperature measured by a thermocouple appropriately placed in the heaters air stream.  All standard control panel products are recommended for indoor use.  Custom solutions are available.  Contact STS for details.

Adding a Tutco SureHeat control panel doubles your heater warranty; an additional layer of protection and peace of mind.

Multiple voltage options – one solution.
Tutco SureHeat controllers are ideal control solutions for Threaded In-line, Max and MaxHT heaters. Available in 30A and 60A versions, the new control panels feature field adjustable input voltages from 480VAC (Default) – 240VAC.
